This event is on my bucket list and I intend to mark it on my calendar for next year. Now in its 12th year and gaining international prestige it is a festival filled with spectacular diversity. The feature painting is from Warlukurlangu – Nyirripi
The Festival runs from 10th-12th August from 10am to 4pm and entry is free.
Each years Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair (DAAF) showcases the work of indigenous people, many of whom have travelled from remote areas of Australia. The work includes cultural performances, workshops, artists talks, demonstrations, kids activities, crafts, paintings and more.
